See the plugin home page for details, but here's the basic scoop.
After enabling this plugin, create a static page whose slug 
matches the slug of a category. On that page, embed this comment:

  <!-- seosiloing-category-posts -->
  
When the page is displayed, a list of posts in the matching category
is shown. You can force posts from a specific category to be shown
using this sytax:

  <!-- seosiloing-category-posts#general -->
  
The string after the '#' character can be the name of a category (either
its slug name or its human-readable name if the latter contains no
spaces) or the ID of the category.

If you want to see what's happening under the covers, place this
string at the top of the page:

 <!-- seosiloing-debug -->
 
This will insert logging messages into the page. Be sure to remove
the debugging tag once everything's OK.
