Simple Freedom was a joint project with Alltel, Verison, and Walmart, but the partnership was broken up and has now been moved to Alltel U Prepaid. They are based in Little Rock, Arkansas and are owned directly by Alltel Communications. Minute rates associated with Simple Freedom greatly depends upon the area where you are located when making and receiving calls.

Special Notes:
- Adding airtime to the current service period moves the entire balance to a brand new service period
- If your account has a zero balance and is not refilled within 120 days the account is be considered void and would be cancelled and your number recycled
- To re-activate your service call customer service to receive a new number
- No reactivation fees is charged.
